At this time, the tube bottle was called the typical model of this period. The popularity of this shape has the expectation that "the world is unified." It’s also known as the "Unification Bottle". According to Xu Zhiheng's "Speaking of Porcelain in Yinliuzhai" at the end of the Qing Dynasty: "The sleeve vase is shaped like a wooden barrel, with a slight concave near the mouth. It is most made in Ming Dynasty. The blue and white flowers are especially hot. The flowers are very crude and wild. "Elegant Pottery" also contains: "There is a bottle with a clear cut tube... and the color painting is extremely vivid and well, and it is known that it is from a prosperous state."
This vase has a cylindrical shape with small neck and a straight abdomen. The shape is tall and handsome. The blue and white glaze and the carved decorative bang are the standard element of this period. The whole body is glazed with white glaze, and the neck is decorated with a banana leaf pattern for a week. The upper and lower parts and the foot shin are engraved with a double string pattern as decoration. The picture of adding an official to a jue is a traditional and popular decorative theme in China, and it has lasted for a long time. The most commonly seen contributions are the official hat and the noble cup. The official hat indicates the increase of an official and the promotion of an official position. "Book of Rites" "ritual vessel" records that "the noble one offers a jue, the cheap one offers a goblet". Jue's use levels are distinct and cannot be overstepped. The ranks of entrusting princes are "Duke, Earl, Viscount, Marquis, and Baron", which are called knighthood, and "jue" becomes a status symbol. This device is slightly different, in which "Jingjie" replaces the official hat, which has a more distinctive status symbol.
明末崇祯一朝国势衰退，内忧外患，时局动荡，政权处于风雨飘摇之中，筒瓶即在此时称为这一时期的典型器型，此种造型的流行寓有期盼“天下一统”的良好祝愿，故亦称“江山一统瓶”。据清末许之衡《饮流斋说瓷》载：“截筒之瓶形如木桶，近口处微凹，明制最多，青花尤火，花甚粗率而殊有野趣，清初仿者亦然。”《陶雅》亦载：“有明截筒之瓶……而彩画恢奇极亦，望而知为胜朝物也。”
本器撇口微侈，束颈直腹，器呈筒形，造型挺拔俊秀，青花加暗刻装饰器壁，为这一时期的标准形制，亦为断代之重要依据。通体施白釉，颈部饰蕉叶纹一周，其上下及足胫处暗刻双弦纹为饰，瓶腹通景绘青花加官进爵图，但见画面正中垂柳下一人身着官服而立，一手扶带板，宽衣大袖随风飘动，显得神采奕奕，身后侍从或举扇，或持节，或托箱，迎面一书生，躬身礼拜，眉宇间喜气洋洋，寓意“加官进爵”。另有山石草本，嶙峋怪石，颇具质感，状物有神，人物形象刻画栩栩如生，衣褶折叠错落之处尤见功力。整器青花色阶丰富，饶富画意，青花发色明快绚丽，蓝中发紫，图案层次清晰，纹饰时代特征鲜明，是为崇祯青花筒瓶代表之作，收藏价值极高。
加官进爵图，为中国传统流行的装饰题材，历久不衰，通常所见贡献之物为官帽与爵杯，官帽来表示加官，指官职提升，爵杯来表示进爵，《礼记》“礼器”记载有“贵者献以爵，贱者献以觚”。爵的使用等级分明，不可越制。分封诸侯的等级“公、侯、伯、子、男”，称为封爵， “爵”成为地位的象征。此器稍有不同，当中“旌节”取代官帽，具有更加鲜明的身份象征。
